Full-Time Janitorial Position
We are looking for a Full-Time Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. If you're a passionate self-starter, Andori Cleaning Solutions is a great company for you. This full-time janitorial position will be approximately 35 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours as this position grows. Must be available Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Starting pay is $13 per hour. Responsibilities • Clean and disinfect restrooms • Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming • Clean windows and mirrors • Disinfect touch points • Remove waste and empty trash • Refill dispensers • Maintain record of areas that were cleaned and inspected • Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies
Qualifications • Must be able to manage time efficiently and work individually as well as within a team • Must have a valid driver’s license • Dependable transportation with proof of insurance, this position requires driving between different locations • Attention to detail • Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments • Ability to demonstrate professionalism and communicate effectively
Experienced Floor Technician
This position would be perfect for a retired floor care specialist or someone that already has a full time job looking to supplement their income. This person would be responsible for training and supervising other floor care technicians. This is a part-time, project based position that will require flexibility and availability during weekend and evening hours. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Operation, care and upkeep of all assigned floor care equipment
Stripping, scrubbing, buffing, refinishing or sealing of different types of hard surfaced floors using appropriate equipment and chemicals, and the ability to train other team members to complete these tasks
Extracting carpet and treating areas appropriately; Spot cleaning of carpets as needed, and the ability to train other team members to complete these tasks
At least three (3) years custodial experience preferred
At least five (5) years floor care experience preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products and equipment
Knowledge of the use of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
Ability to read and understand labels and instructions, particularly on the use and application of chemicals and products
Knowledge of floor care and carpet care required
Ability to communicate effectively with others to provide training and guidance
Stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, kneeling
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Ability to be moving or standing up to 8 hours
Part-Time New Construction Cleaning

Required availability Monday through Friday starting at 8:30 AM. Number of hours vary weekly based on construction schedule, and will depend upon your availability (usually between 12 and 25 hours per week).
